22 June 2020 // Very poor customer service, You only talk with operators who say they will have someone call you back, you will wait for days, hopefully it is not an emergency. The heating, and cooling side of the business is Great, I never had a problem with them. The plumbing side is very poor, in 2018 I had a clog in my washer drain, they came out, ran a snake through the pipes all the way to the main sewer line, and said it was good. Excellent! The service was professional and courteous. Technician Manoel took the time to explain the issue and the options.
Aspen a/c installed a new lennox AC 3 weeks ago, but did not complete the installation, they indicated that they would return the next day to do so. It's been over 3 weeks and the install has not been finished. I cant talk to anyone who can tell me why they have not completed the work or when they will be able to.
Dan ****** was great!! Very professional and knowledgeable. If I ever need your services again in the future, I will definitely ask for him if permitted.
Unique Air is not reliable to provide maintenance as follow: Technician no show without calling us Technician always tells us something needs to be repaired which cost $1000+ Unique Air owes us $120 refund, maintenance contract canceled, we have never received the check they said has been sent out from their headquarter in Tennessee Unique Air representative, Miranda K., repeated telling the same lie every time I called. Therefore, my time and effort is better spent writing review to warn fellow consumers.

Anthony, Alex, and Nathan did work for us, clearing roots and repairing a broken drain water pipe. They worked very hard and kept us informed about the issue every step of the way. They answered all of our questions and gave sound advice and recommendations about the best way to proceed. My husband and I were very impressed with all three men and will use them again if need be.
