Ralph diagnosed the problem and had the AC up and running in less than an hour! He was also kind the respectful. Would recommend him to anyone in need of HVAC repairs!

Professional service, great value. The Tech Racheal explained an issue found throughly without any pressure. I opted to change the capacitor myself. Did a great job doing the hvac checkup. Would have them come again.

I had an issue with an AC unit and purchased a new unit thru Right time and was introduced to the Pace program, Well the new unit was installed last summer and by Thanksgivng holiday we had a very bad rain storm. My family went away for the holiday only to return to a large pool of water in the hall. The area was directly below the AC unit on the roof. Purchased a new system in March of this year, Install was done quickly but I was unable to be there since the sales manager pushed to have it installed quickly. Install was done and within an hour of them leaving, my wife called and said there was warning on the thermostat. Called ARS and they sent 3 techs out that night who could not fix or diagnose what the problem was. First simply wiggles a wire, reset the unit and left. Mr . A. and his co worker Ex came to our house and saved the day for us . They showed us the problem and fixed our AC to the best of their knowledge and capability. These guys deserve to get a shout out from us . We are thankful.

Mike was very professional, and ARS is quite reasonable. They were able to take care of our rental property in a very timely manner. I’d definitely call them again when I need someone- knock on wood hopefully no time soon though.

I'm a customer who recently purchased a new AC unit from ARS. It was installed last Saturday and started to malfunction on Sunday. I called Sunday evening and two technicians came on Sunday morning and after inspection, they say a transformer is missing from the inside unit and another technician will come and install it the same day to fix the problem.
