I explained that I needed an extension to my condensation line clean out so I could reach it. The other one was taken when my old heat pump was dismantled back in Nov. I couldn't get to the new cleanout so RE-G fixed it for me.

Please VOID my prior review, this company is awful!! They do not stand behind their product, warranty is useless, they won't fix it!! Bought whole new system 4/8/20, had trouble after a month, they will not respond to calls and when I finally got an appt, they DID NOT SHOW UP! Apparently once they get $$, they evaporate.
Very nice and professional . Honest about what they were doing and cleaned up after themselves

our ARS Technician - Lee Jones - was PHENOMENAL!!!!! He was without question the best HVAC guy we have had, in YEARS of owning homes. Just amazing - "above and beyond" what was required. Best technician and customer service EVER.
Your 5/14 estimates for replacing my water heater were 80 to 100% higher than the independent plumber I actually hired to do the job. As a long time customer of Brothers Air & Heat I told your service man I expected the best deal of the day, especially since you had recently installed a gas furnace/AC unit a few years ago. Obviously, that had no impact on the 3 estimates he provided. Which isn't surprising since I've since realized I paid at least $4K more than I should have for the furnace/AC job. Think I've done this before ,but can't say good enough about these guys. Always on time, always cheerful and courteous. Thoughtful about respecting your home. Had them for a variety of things for 10yrs,maybe more. Will continue.
