We have been ARS customers for many years they have always been prompt and courteous in their service. Scheduling has always been a breeze, they are always available and the office staff has always been responsive. Every crewmember that has come out has been professional and courteous. Our latest project was a clogged drain pipe underground, JT was out the next morning and solved the issue. He did a great job explaining how to keep from having the problem in the future.

Definitely would not recommend or use again. Tried to charge me $1000 for Freon, gave some ridiculous reasons why it was so expensive. We declined. Called another company out, came 2 hours later and they charged $150 for the same Freon!!! Also, I'm not sure what if anything the technician actually did besides wander in the yard, and leave my attic door partially open. Price gouging at it's finest.

I Spoke with customer and advised him it was a misquoted price and we would have taken care of if we had known that same day, this is the first we heard of it. The tech had the wrong price. We refunded the customer $89 which was his total bill. Customer was appreciative of my phone call, and took my name and number if they should need anything
Made an appointment for Friday evening from 4-8 on Wednesday. Come Friday no call and no show at 7:30 so I call to find out if a tech is coming or not and the reception person says they see the appointment and dispatch will call back. No call, no tech, I have been a repeat customer of this business but not any more. Called Golden-West and was serviced the same day.
Brothers Heating and Air installed my new Carrier heat pump two years ago and I have not experienced any trouble with my new unit. I follow all tech recommended maintenance schedule and I'm very pleased with my unit and service. The staff in their office are very polite on the phone and helpful in scheduling. When the technician arrives, he reviews what is on his work assignment so there is no misunderstanding of expectations. In my opinion this business needs to be investigated for fraud. Back in the summer of 2019 McCarthy was supposed to replace my HVAC unit. They quoted 6500.00 for the install. On the day of the install halfway through, my apartment a complete mess, and with drop cloths everywhere, they realized that they had ordered the wrong size unit, and told me that they were finding out what options they could use to patch my apartment up while they got the correct one in, it took them 3 months. Unreliable, don't keep appointments. Tech's don't know how to fully do maintenance checks.
