Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with a plumber. I'll try to shorten this a much as possible. Plumber came out to troubleshoot my shower not getting cold water. 6 HOURS LATER he finally comes to the conclusion that something is blocking the cold water line. DUH. How daft are you? Of course he spent most of the day pacing around scratching his head, unsure what to do, sitting in the cab of his truck constantly texting who I would guess to be a coworker for advice. Only trustworthy company in Myrtle beach. Other companies played games and weren't responsive to getting our system replaced- ARS is top notch!!

I had a new AC unit installed on 5/19/20, the installation went as expected, the new system works well as expected. I was given two dates for county inspection on 6/3/20 and 6/10/20, however when I called Orange County on 6/3/20 I was told NO Permit had been pulled! ARS office failed to pull out a permit from Orange County and ARS office failed to notify me of the lack of permit so I wouldn't have to sit at home all day waiting for OC inspection. The person in charge of pulling permits at ARS, Natalia ******, was rather rude... read more

ARS reached out one day after I posted my complaint and are going the extra step to correct the problem, I appreciate that. I also would like to mention that the actual work performed, installation of a new AC unit, was very satisfactory so far. The AC technicians that performed the installation were very knowledgeable and professional about their work. I would rate the technical part of their work 5 stars.
Worst company I've ever had to do business with. Tech came out, never stepped foot inside my house to check the thermostat, nor to check how much cold air was blowing out. Never hooked anything up to my AC unit to see what it was putting out. He told us he would put a sealant and recharge it and it will be back to working and I would be good for a year. It worked for less than a week. Disputed the charge with my bank as i was told this was the best possible solution to fixing my unit. Never was told I need a new unit or anyt... read more
