Bryan A did a fantastic job. Found the problem right away, and knew exactly what needed to be done. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. Thank you Bryan for getting our AC up and running so quickly. Team members like Bryan is why we continue our relationship with ARS.

We needed help after hours With a plugged up kitchen sink and our technician, Tyler, showed up about 9 o’clock. Super guy with a really great attitude. Got the job handled quickly and effectively and even offered to tighten our faucet handle with his handy little Allen wrench. A little thing but the point is it had been driving us nuts and falling off for months. Tyler noticed it and offered to fix it without us even mentoring it. Super service from this guy!! 5 stars for sure!!

On May 26th, my technician, Fernando came bright and early, as usual and provided his usual excellent service as he's done for the 4 to 5 years that he's serviced my HVAC system. Last summer another technician Mr. Warren G****** provided excellent A/C service as Fernando was not available. I now have two techs who I consider my "go to" people that I request when I need service. Kudos to these two gentlemen for their service.

****** I had Unique come out to do my Maintenance TEC showed up and grabbed his gages and went around back to out side unit put his gages on unit and went back to truck got his drill and came in house and took cover off and took bottom cover off looked inside then he went back out side to truck and got small spray bottle of cleaner he came back in and shot three sprays on coil and said it was done so he closed every thing back up and said every thing was good he did not do what he was suppose to do according to my contract t... read more

Poor performance starting with installation, three times men were sent came out FIXED(???) no. Unit was left w wires hanging And was told it would be re wired Every excuse imaginable, If I wanted A Story I'd go to the library. From the GM down it's a nightmare , about to stop payment but that still leaves the unit needing repair. . They advertise 24 hour service but can't seem to be able to get a brand new unit to run , terrible terrible customer service
