The ARS rep was well informed and prepared to provide an estimate for replacing our HVAC equipment. He wore the appropriate face mask and gloves and was respectful of our safety. The estimate was easy to understand and provided clear options for us to consider.
Was able to come on the same day I called for service (a Saturday). The tech, Junior *******, was very helpful, quickly identified and repaired the issue, and was very professional. I will request him directly next time we need service.
