Today I had the worst experience with Brothers plumbing dept. of my life. In 1986, the two brothers installed the hvac systems in my new home and I have been a satisfied customer except for a brief period when another company serviced my home. I have a problem main sewer drain that has backed up every 2-3 years since the beginning. I called today asking if their $89 special was still in effect. Nick R, the HVAC Service Tech arrived promptly and was very professional. He explained everything that was wrong with our unit after thoroughly looking at it. Nick gave us a repair quote and went over what our options would be. He was very personable and easy to understand and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend.

My AC unit went out and I called to get a repair. The service man from Unique came out and said we had to replace the blower mower and that there was biological growth built up on the blower wheel and that it would cost over $1500. He said we should consider buying a new unit. We called out some places to get estimates on a new system. When the fellow (Johnnie) from Gus and Woodrow came out, he said I think I can fix this system. He took the capacitor out and replaced it and the system started working fine. ARS employees were very considerate of my home while completing the installation of our furnace and air. They completed the job quickly and efficiently just as promised. We have only had our new hvac for 1 day, but it's working great!
