Service, good. Rates? EXTREMELY misleading. $59 drain removal ended up being $334. When I called the receptionist quoted me at $158 because of after hours fees. Understood. I accepted, made the appointment. Guy comes, fixed, and charges me $334. Apparently the 'coupon' price of $59 is a 7-5pm thing and they charge $334 to clean a single drain. Called, spoke with 3 people today, no one wanted to acknowledge I accepted the appointment on $158 quote, and even tried telling me I got a deal with the $334. Bogus? Maybe I'm the idi... read more
