My Rinnai Tankless Water Heater was installed by ARS Rescue Rooter in Raleigh late 2016. I recently came back form a trip and found that the water heater was not working. I called ARS on 3/17/2020 and asked that a technician call me back as I had previously fixed this water heater using codes and some internet searching. ********* didn't call but did come by and found that the GFCI had tripped and just had to be reset with the push of a button. Ac repair next day same problem wanted me to pay $150 service call. And promised to send repair man between 4 and 7pm. Never came havent heard from them since. Wasted $300 and then had to pay another ac co.$500 to actually fix my problem
