Brothers came to investigate a problem with HVAC and quickly found & fixed problem Came same day we called them. (We do have service contract). Technician was competent , efficient and friendly.

I had a clogged kitchen drain. I called Rescue Rooter. Two hours later Jacob and his partner showed up. Fixed the problem promptly. He and his partner were very professional and friendly. The service was excellent. First time I have used them and will again if needed. Very impressed with the whole company. I highly recommend them. Thank you Rescue Rooter you surely rescued me. Gerry

I believe the technician's name was Daniel. He was very professional in his interaction with me and the manner and diligence in which he worked. I forgot to mention just how thorough he was inspecting the indoor and outdoor parts of the system. Thank you!

Happy to see that Service tech Carl arrived in protective mask, gloves and booties. Knowledgeable and professional in servicing AC system. Advised we had no surge protectors and reviewed air scrubber information for consideration. Have used ARS previously for another issue and would call again for future service.
