I also wish I would have checked BBB first . I would also give 0 stars . I was in a hurry to get heater fixed and chose them because I have seen the trucks often. I was quoted one price on the phone , which is usually for the visit and first 30 or 60 minutes plus parts. I diagnosed the problem, and knew the part needed before he came. The fix took 20 minutes, and then he tried to charge me , 4x the original estimate qouted on the phone after the part was installed.!
