I have no complaint about their workmanship but rather the failure to honour a Service Agreement, and prove intractable as regards getting my money back. On the 4/25/2019 I signed a Service Agreement for two free service calls within the next 12 months, but when the time came for the next service forgot about it and paid in full. I January 2020 I discovered my error and contacted them, rather surprised that they had not advised me that I was covered.
