Walter, the service tech, plumber was very thorough. ARS needs to allow more time between appointments since plumbers may need the time to do extra repairs or installations. My window of time was 8am to 12 noon and had to call dispatch to find out why no one showed up in service window time. Needed to have a toilet looked at as well as complete annual plumbing review per service contract. Spent half day waiting and other 6 hours fir annual review and toilet replacement.
We had all of our sink drains jet cleaned and a new pressure regulator installed. The Technician was friendly, very easy to work with and cleaned up very carefully when he was finished. I have no concerns about recommending to anyone.
Great service, fantastic people, available 24-7, reasonable prices, always have the right stuff on the truck so things can be fixed immediately after diagnosis. Been using them for several years for all our furnace, AC, and hot water heater needs. Very satisfied and will continue using.
Alverto was a wonderful, competent, through and very polite young man (service technician) I would definitely recommend him and have Alverto come again well.
Excellent service. Took care of air conditioner. He was professional and make sure that I understood everything that was done and was needed.
We were with **** ******* *** and ARS bought them out. We decided to stay with ARS mainly because of the Technician Al R. who we trust. I believe the Technician defines the reputation of the Company. They are the first impression. ARS has been good for us. Our whole family has use only Al and I have requested him for 25 years. Now my daughter uses him too.
Tyler was very good,very professional and polite. He show up on Thursday as promised and explained what needed to be done to both myself and husband over the phone. Stated he would be back on Monday morning to fix all the plumbing problems. He show up as promise on Monday and fixed all the plumbing issues. Also, I want to give a shout out to him for taking extra care & respect for our new carpet in the basement!!! We will request, Tyler back for all our plumbing needs in the future!
