They did a great job of cleaning out my sewer pipe to the city sewer and charging me over $6000.00 but when I needed them to come back and do a simple service on my shower drain plumbing, which really was the issue to begin with I could never get them to come back. I scheduled 5 appointments and every time it was a no show. I finally had to find another plumber because I couldn't get them to call me back or come back. I'm still paying for the $6000 charge on a monthly basis and I'm still having the original problem.

Chris was exceptional. Explained everything that needed to be done and cost associated with work. Service was completed in a timely efficient manner. Will continue to use Rightime for my home repairs

Randy ****** came to my place to do the maintenance on my heating and cooling unit. He explained that the unit, which is over 13-year old, was at the end of its life. The unit still uses r-22 refrigerant which was low and it wasn’t sitting correctly on the roof making the return very inefficient. His recommendation was to replace the package unit. The technicians that examined my furnace, Trevor and Lavon, were knowledgeable, professional and pleasant to interact with. During a follow up visit, Trevor went the extra mile to diagnose my issue and was able to check my warranty coverage prior to supplying a quote. This was my first interaction with Columbus Worthington Air, and I would not hesitate to call upon them in the future.

As a first time customer in need of Sunday repair service I am impressed with their reasonable service rates. My technician Levon arrived as scheduled and did a very fine job of troubleshooting and correcting the problem on my furnace with no high-pressure sales pitches common with some other contractors. I will be using this firm again.

I met with Justin, a HVAC Comfort Advisor from Will Fix It, to discuss the purchase of a new A/C system. Justin was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. He showed me my options and explained them thoroughly and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. He didn't rush me to make a decision but instead gave me the time I needed to review my options so that I could make an informed decision.
