The work was fine but the technician leaves much to be desired. I asked him if he minded dogs and he said no. I told him I have a small dachshund and to just let the dog smell him don't pet him. In one ear and out the other, he bends down, the dog nips his pant leg and then he goes "why did you bite me?" I made sure the dog didn't break the skin so I held him the rest of the time. this is a follow review for outstanding service from ars. hvac technician arami guerra have exceeded my expectation of the work quality of ars. the installation was quick and painless to say the least. they added a removable inspection port for the expansion coil. this attention to detail just adds to the endearment for this company, thank you

Really appreciate the work Jerome did for our Plumber Maintenance Service. Drained the water heater and checked all the sinks. He was very thorough and had concerns with our water pressure coming into the home. Great positive experience. Highly recommend.

ARS has excellent customer service. Their call center is helpful and works to keep you updated as to appointments. Appointments are arranged quickly. Randy served me today and he was professional and did a thorough heater check. I was very pleased with his work. Explained everything he did and corrected our problem. Will request him again as he was very knowledgeable.

I have been a ARS customer for several years now. I always receive really good service and advice. I would like to highly commend Mike, the technician who usually seems to show up to handle my jobs. He is honest, straightforward, willing to take time to explain things and answer questions, and very helpful, especially to a single woman like me who is clueless about most of the things that need to be done.
