jim Very poor service - had problems with two separate service calls - over charged $15 - promised a full refund because of poor service - been almost a month - no refund - won't honor their warranty on a Sunday - they have a bad attitude and are difficult to work with - tried several times to speak with upper management for assistance - there're too busy to talk to customers - my guess is too busy taking complaints

We needed a new furnace. Delonte, the Comfort Specialist, was extremely helpful in explaining our options so that we were comfortable with our purchase. The technicians, Rob and Zach, were excellent as well. Overall, we are very pleased with the entire experience!
