3 Feb 2020 Mitch and crew They remove the old furnace and A/C unit. Then installed the new furnace, A/C unit and ducts. They were timely, polite, professional, very knowledgeable. When done they clean up every thing. Explained every thing they did. John S

Joshua ****, an ARS technician, came to replace my cracked water heater drip pan. These jobs are nomally completed by two people because water heaters, even empty, can be extremely heavy. My water heater is positioned in a small downstairs closet, which makes it more difficult to remove and replace. Joshua worked very hard removing and replacing the hot water heater in the small space. It had to be lifted up and postioned at an angle to get it in the closet and over the lip of the drip pan. When they arrive, the work is good. But the job is only 1/2 done Problem is yesterday we waited 7 hours for them to arrive for a very small job. Yes, it was Friday (1/24/20) and we were told they did not work on Saturday but then they agreed to have plumber here on Saturday to reconnect what they had disconnected yesterday. They gave us an 8 to noon time frame so we waited. At 11:30 they called to say "due to over committing, they will have to come on Monday 1/27/20 between 8 and noon. Timely and professional. I've had problems for over a year with my system and had 4 companies come out and make attempts at fixing it. This is the first time anyone has sent knowledgeable techs out to look at the whole system.
