They are unreliable, they give you a choice of time frame for them to come by your home and are not kept as promised. Time is wasted setting at home for a call, sometimes you won't get a courtesy call at all. They just keep rescheduling and breaking it by making excuses every time, been with them as a member for years it's the same old thing. It not worth being a member with them, they're rip offs and tell you that you need to get this done when u don't need it, they're out there to get your money.

We had a great experience with Jeff when purchasing our new air conditioner. Not always a fun purchase to make, but he was great with us in choosing the best option for our needs! He really was looking out in our best interest when he noticed where our air conditioner was located outside by our patio and asked if we wanted it moved which we wanted but didn’t think possible. He’s making it happen, thank you for your great customer service Jeff!!!
