Value of any business is measured by how reliable they are and how well they keep their words. By this standard, ARS Rescue is quite below par--in fact, really at the bottom of the heap. I placed a call at about 9 am for a clogged bathtub. First I was promised an 11 am-3 pm time frame. An hour later I received a call that narrowed the period to 10 am-2 pm, which was encouraging. We used RightTime for our furnace And hot water tank relocation. Jared was our go to guy for our water tank relocation. He was friendly, courteous, timely and kept us up to date with everything that was going on. He did an amazing job and followed up when we had an issue getting hot water and pressure in one of our bathrooms. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the work Jared did. After ARS sent several technicians who were unable to fix our gas hot water heating system, they finally sent Yonas M, who was exceptional. He diagnosed the problem, devised a solution, ordered the correct parts, advocated for a quick delivery, and fixed our heating.

We had a 30 year old furnace that needed to be replaced. Jim came our examined our existing system. then sat down gave us our options in a straight forward approach very professional. We had a brand new furnace /AC installed the following day. The new system has been running great

Ars solved my no heat and hot water problem as quickly as possible. They were great to work with, especially Dan, and Jason who did my new heater install. I would recommend ARS to others in the area.
