I recently had a double garage constructed with an apartment above it that was completed in September 2019. The heating and air-conditioning system was installed by ARS and entirely functional with a new unit from Lenox several months ago. At the end of November, 2019, a young nurse moved into this apartment and on Thursday, December 5, she informed me that the heating unit was not functional. Andrew fixed our leaking toilet today and did a great job. He was very knowledgeable and polite.
We lost heat the evening of Thanksgiving. The next day, Dan M came out to help us diagnose the problem and present us with options. He was professional and took the time to explain our heating system to us and offer recommendations. ARS then provided us with space heaters until they could come out on Monday to start installation. Everyone we've worked with thus far has been professional and helpful.

ARS tech was okay. Dispatcher was awful. Service window was 9am-1pm. Was called 11:45 and told 2nd on list. Waited until 1:05. Called dispatcher back. Told me they were behind. Dispatcher called again at 2:00 and said tech will arrive 20-30 minutes. I became very upset and asked for a manager. Was transferred to a service manager "Renee" and left a heated call back message. At this time, I have received no call back. This is not the first time ARS didn't meet their window service. It seems they have a "don't care" attitude. ... read more
