Very disappointed with this company since the installation of my units in 2014. Right after they were installed the downstairs unit stopped working while hot and flooring work being done. Downstairs unit had to be repaired because the fan blade stopped the unit from working and the tech accused someone of tampering with the unit until I informed him that the screws rolled off the unit because they couldn't fall through the grid as he thought they should have. This has been a very difficult experience. We had an air conditioner installed and our electric bill went up to 785.00. We had just bought the house and thought there may have been issues with the meter. We called FPL to come out but due to the hurricane it took FPL over a month to come out to the house. When they came to the house they stated that whoever installed the air conditioner had the heating coil and the air conditioner both running at the same time. We have had problems with the service since August when the blower for the AC went out. The blower was replaced, but a wire was not attached properly. We called again and a tech came out and *****zip-tied the wire*****. Fast Forward to last Sunday 10/28: The heater is blowing cold air. A tech comes out and tells us the problem is that the filter isn't allowing enough air flow and is tripping the pressure switch. Soooooo we replace the filter with yet another filter with more airflow, still have a problem. Call them again and... read more
