Too focused on pushing new HVAC systems and/or very expensive replacement parts. The two tech i had come out were not very knowledgeable in their work. My 5 amp fuse in my furnace kept blowing. The first tech came out and in 5 minutes said "this unit is trash we cant repair this, your going to have to get a brand new unit". Feeling like i was just scammed for that $100 diagnostic fee called up and asked for a refund. Instead they refused to refund me, but did offer to redo the diagnostic. An expensive job but it was done very well with no disruption to our inside activities. Clean up looking like new.

Rip off. The cost of a hot water heater and installation cost approximately $1100.00 over other reputable plumbing companies within the same service area. The required city permit cost $90.00. Yet Rescue Rooter charges $385.00 for the city permit. The cost of a hot water heater is double what other plumbing companies charge. Stop ripping customer off.

They called before coming and we're kind and tried to explain everything. The first time price is reasonable, but as a returning customer the price is more than 4 times the first time customer price. I will not be forking over that kind of money again.

The service tech Elliot C. was personable and professional. He checked out my furnace in the attic, and he took the time to vacuum up the insulation that had blown around the walkway and unit. He also checked out the light switch in the attic, which wasn't functional, and gave me some suggestions on how to change it out safely. At the end of the service Elliot explained things thoroughly and gave us a cost breakdown for potential repairs in the future. Thanks for the excellent service!

This is not my first time using Will-Fix-It however it is my last time. Previously I have had Darryl come to my home and he was great. Very knowledgeable and informative. Great service then. This time I had Joe come out to do my winter preparedness check and all seemed well until I told him that I have had my house flooded twice because my drain line from the condenser overflowed and the switch did not shut off the Air Conditioner or Furnace. All i can say is the company and personel have everything down to perfection. From the way that they start down to finish. They will price it all out before work is started and it is down to the very last cent so you can make a decision. As for the person working the job.....he was extremely professional and full of knowledge. Any question asked was given a quick response and with a detailed explanation on why the unit failed or what will happen if it fails. I called company with specific model and work I wanted completed. They would not give me a ball park price over the phone. I get that and why but when the service tech came to the house he proceeded to want to talk money before even looking at the unit that was being replaced. He finally looked at it and tried to hard sell us on a unit when we said no we had a lower estimate. Almost refused to take no for an answer and was a bit condescending to my wife.
