Very difficult to contact. When you do they want to call back. Good luck with that. Bought a service contract and they never contact you. They said I have to contact them. When the techs come out they always want to upsale you. I recommend use a different company. This is the company that ********** uses. Avoid ARS!

The service technician was great. He was very professional and patient and stayed until my problem was completely fixed. I appreciate being able to call for an appointment 24/7 and would definitely recommend.

Our hot water heater flooded our basement at 4am We called Andy’s Statewide & Dennis Jr. S came out, diagnosed the problem & replaced a defective pressure valve.. He was very professional, personable & knowledgeable.. We’ve been longtime (16 yrs) Andy’s customers & have been very satisfied with the service they provide. Thank you Andy’s.

I had a main line stoppage causing water back-up in the bathtub and toilet in my tenant's apartment. This particular apartment was the only single in the building and was not easily accessible to snake with a clean-out. David, who was extremely professional and courteous to myself and the tenant, first pumped the water out of the bathtub and then used the wet vacuum to suck up all the water coming from under the toilet to prevent further flooding. For having a clogged drain that I couldn't clear, the entire experience with ARS really was 5 stars. The contact people on the phone were courteous. The response time was astonishingly fast. The Drain Specialist, Mr ******** *****, was a blessing to meet. He was very professional, knowledgeable and a true no nonsense gentleman. The job was done quickly and cleanly and the sink drains like it's supposed to. Thank you Mr ***** and ARS.
