I have to admit I went without A/C for 9 days waiting for a Trane motor and board. Also, a holiday and hurricane Florence were involved. This wait was not due to ARS service! Serviceman Kevin is the best.. He was knowledgeable, polite, friendly, caring and understanding. ARS is lucky to have him as an employee...So if you need any services ARS offer all the employees and their service was outstanding and I recommend them highly. Kevin is the best!.
