Horrible company. I had a water heater installed in the beginning of summer, it was installed horribly and kept going out and someone came out and reinstalled it. After about a month or so it went out again. And kept going out. They blamed water getting into the pan and we have since fixed that. Now it's not lighting at all. This water heater supplies 4 families in 4 apartments all connected to the same plumbing. Vanja was competent, punctual and worked efficiently. After looking at the tub and drain and listening to my concerns and issue, he gave a very reasonable and affordable estimate. In and out in less than an hour, the drain clog is gone. Leaving me with his business card and a 3 month warranty on the service, indicating to call if any further issues with any of the drains. Would definitely call again.

First I will start with the sales person who came out to my home. I requested a "free estimate" on an entire HVAC system. I was not ready yet to install as I was only in the process of getting estimates. Donny showed up and was very pushy somewhat "used car salesman" like and refused to leave till we agreed to go with his company ... he pushed us to install next day. We called for first appointment day after our return from extended leave, which was 3 weeks prior. We were bumped for other "priority jobs", although ARS failed to call us! They Lied about others having called prior to us until they discovered we had called 3 weeks ago. A nice technician finally came out, but the unit still isn't working! Called the company, a nice lady based in Houston answered and said the store in Charleston was closed on Wednesday! No available appointments till Thursday!
