In January 31,2019, my heater fan in my attic unit malfunctioned. Ars arrived and replaced the fan motor . the servicing tech stated the unit was not getting enough intake air from the floor vent. He recommender another intake air vent in the ceiling . I agreed to that and he then sold us on new duct work and insulation. After work completed, ARS filed a project number with the city of Houston and the inspection was not done until I noticed the outside roof sagging a bit. I purchased a new air condition unit/system from Blue Dot in 2017, I also purchased a 10 year warranty on parts and labor for the unit, so if there was an issue there would be no cost to me. Since then I have needed them to come back twice to fix the system, both times they told me that i still need to pay a service fee for them to look at the unit. if I have a warranty that covers both parts and labor if the unit is broken, why would I need to pay Blue Dot a service fee to come out a repair the unit?????? Choose a locally owned and operated AC or plumbing company in Vero Beach before contacting ARS Vero Beach. Possibly it is a corporate decision or maybe a Vero Beach policy, but the poor sales people are obviously instructed to up sell a bunch of unnecessary AC additions like special magnets, tape, and magnetic electronic filters and much much more to those of us who are gullible . Ahmad, the tech in charge of replacing our sewer line, was one of the best techs we have ever had do any plumbing in the house. He was clean, polite, gracious, and explained all that was involved and what the schedule would be for replacing the broken sewer line. His supervisor Vince was similarly reassuring.
