Karl M****** just left me, a very satisfied customer. He came after seven on a Sunday night and in less than 10 minutes assessed and fixed my AC trouble. Two other AC guys came out before Karl, both assuring my wife that the problem was solved. Only for it to return within a day. Karl M****** has made me a customer for life. Oops! Forgot to mention the tech's name was Ergys. H. Never had a chance to compliment Adony from last year who recommended new system, Marcus who helped us through purchase and the 2 men who worked long hours putting our system in.all were excellent . Only poor service was from Suzanne in office. It was mostly her attitude and rude phone personality. Because of her we were hesitant at first to call for this recent service but now glad we did. Thanks.
