Signed up at Home Depot for a free estimate for air conditioning services and have regretted it ever since! I've not only gotten at least a dozen call from McCarthy from different customer service people, but also from Home Depot reps offering me the same services. I've asked to be take off the call list multiple times also, even talking to managers without success. The pricing, when I forced them to give it to me saying that I had competitors' quotes was not competitive. I am very unhappy with this business and hope many do... read more

Tony did a great job, very professional and courteous. He came on time, made sure everything was working perfectly and left the area clean. He also explained everything he had to do, which I appreciated.
Christian did a great job diagnosing and fixing my broken AC quickly and effectively.
Tom was very helpful and patient. He took time to explain the problem and the process to fix it and I had lots of questions! He also gave extra information about garbage disposals dos and dont's. Definitely would use again. Very satisfied!

They sched. Serv. Maint. and don't show nor call. Not the first time. Excuse was high calls. How can that be when repair is separate from maint. svc? Appt. sched 3 weeks in advance. No other AC company does that. On top of it I called 2 days req. a supv. and still waiting.
