I called with an emergency and gave all of my information and was placed on hold. While on hold the recording keeps talking about how they will come out 24/7 to help you. Lady comes back from hold and says they have no one available. I said okay and I keep calling other plumbers. After a few minutes this company calls me back and says they would like to try and help, which I thought was great. Unique Services installed my Daikin air conditioner 2 years ago. The unit stopped cooling in July so I called Unique who sent a service tech who reported there was a leak in the air handling coil and it was not in stock and would have to be ordered. I spoke with customer service the next day who said the part could be installed in 7 to 10 days. I could not imagine 7 to 10 days without air in Florida in July so I called Daikin who told me the part was available locally in my area. I called Unique and told them what Daikin had... read more

Rescue Rooter is our preferred drain cleaning vendor. They do exceptional work. This visit was no different. Anthony and Eric arrived early. They went to work right away and had the clog cleared on our sinks in the restroom, in no time at all. They explained to me what they did and how to avoid it from happening again in the future. I was very impress with the professionalism shown by both Jake and Carlos in resolving a multi-component system failure due to a malfunctioning electric company transformer. Originally, I called about the thermostat reported no power. Jake was able to trace the problem to 24-volt transformer (inside unit). Once the transformer was replaced, power was restored to the thermostat. However, the outside unit (i.e. compressor unit) was now working. Why I am writing this I do not know, But people need to know not to use this company. Your peoplemtell there customers someone will get in touch but we never heard anything and that was over a month ago. We have written to you all before about this issue but now it has gotten worse since it is leaking onto our ceiling which in return causes a leak and water damage again. Just had a service call for no cold air on our ac unit and bad. Was is we need to replace the unit. I feel 100 percent confident that Terry T our service technician gave us an honest evaluation and recommendation. We are lifetime Andy?s Statewide customers now.
