Kenny was awesome!!! He put on foot booties when entering my home. Kenny was very personal and friendly. He took pictures and drew diagrams to explain the problems with my air conditioning unit. Kenny explained in great detail the solutions and left very responsible quotes for these solutions. He answered every last question I had. I would recommend Right Time to anyone.
Marvin was very knowledgeable and helpful.
Run the other way from this company. They installed my $8000 system a year ago and left the house with the unit not working correctly. It ran constantly and just barely cooled the house at all. After going back and forth for almost a month they finally came out and fixed it. I think we had the service tech out 2 or 3 times and each time we were given a 4-hour window to wait for the tech. Finally, they got it working. They had messed up the install. Now we have a service agreement where we are supposed to get a tune-up and c... read more
