I gave them three stars b/c of the man named ******** who works for them, he knows what he's doing and goes above and beyond. Our AC is 'broken' and has been since Saturday morning, I did get someone to come out on Sunday to look at it and figure out what was wrong. He did so and ordered the correct part to fix the AC, (which broke on perhaps the hottest week of the year in the triangle of NC). If I could leave a 0 star review I would, but it will not let me post without at least a star. Unbelievably disappointing! Main corporate offices answers calls but the actual local office does not follow up with their service people for scheduled appointments and results in no show/no call for days on end. Still no response as to why this is happening. Maybe the corporate offices needs to hire a different subcontractor in it's place.
Daniel was very warm and friendly, knowledgable and explained everything he did in detail to me. Even took pics to show me the things he encountered during his maintenance duties. I highly recommend!
Outstanding from start to finish. Our home AC went down during the 07/19 heatwave. I got 3 estimates. My impression started strong when the estimator donned booties before entering the house. He was friendly, fast and honest. I've done contracting and remodeling and could tell he was telling me the truth. His estimate was a tad higher than the others, but he was spekking all Carrier equipment so the price was fair. The two installers were conscientious ( w booties too) and knowledgeable. After years of dealing with air-conditioning issues Jose with Right Time home services fixed my problem and was so helpful in educating me on what to keep an eye on. They have a customer for life!
