I have spent 4 days waiting at home for an inspector to close the permit. The company said they would call the inspector and set it up. The inspector never showed up. I work and can't be taking time off for inspections that are never set up.
The technician was very professional and friendly. He went out of his way to answer my questions and explain what was happening. It took too long to get someone out here and the phone service out of the call center was not good, but the technician made up for it. He gets five stars. Thank you!

Decided to purchase a new AC system in March since I had had issues the last 2 summers and did not want to pay exorbitant prices. The Salesman Jake that came was very helpful and courteous. He got the install scheduled right away. They came out to install and a drain piece was broken that caused the system to leak into the Air Handler closet and flood and I went without air for 2 days while they were getting the part to fix it.
