I will not use Rescue Rooter ever again. My first time window was 10am - 12pm. In the middle of that I was given a new window, and again two times more. the technician ended up coming at 9:45pm, long after family I was hosting were trying to sleep. When I spoke with what appears now to just be a job desk with little responsibility and connection to the technician, I asked for renumeration for the 12 hour wait. A professional thorough review of our system.
Called in the morning to get my hot water heater replaced. Told them what I had and what I wanted. I was given a timeframe from 12-5pm. He showed up at 5pm looked and gave me a quote. Then said they couldn't do it until Monday because he didn't bring any hot water heaters. So much for same day delivery.
Very pleasant experience today!
Excellent and very fast, friendly service! Bryan explained everything and made excellent suggestions that I can trust. Will definitely recommend to others and will use again in the future.
