ARS is used by **** ***** for installation of heating and cooling equipment. Rep Luis **** was appropriate, but not as knowledgeable as I thought. Work permit for job was not completed, because **** and other associates were not acquainted with Baltimore County laws. Not happy. The technicians on my job worked all morning to install equipment and now I have to be home again-I had 10 days to respond; if ARS is not able to evaluate their work, according to ****, I WILL BE FINED, NOT THEM! Terence Talmadge was very knowledgeable, polite. Terence explained to me several options I was able to pick the option that was best for us with no pressure at the same time he was able and willing to answer all of our questions. Terence also told us what to expect with the installation of the furnace as well as what things we will need to move for a clear path for the installer. Thank you for sending him as our service technician.
I can't say enough about these guys. They responded immediately, arrived on time, were neat, clean, and courteous. I never felt pressured to purchase add on services. They found the problem and fixed it immediately. I will never use any other HVAC service. ARS went above and beyond.
Phillip did a great job. He was timely, polite, and enjoyable to have out to service our HVAC.
As I'm sitting here in my 95+ degree house for the 10th straight day after their first visit, I'm wondering if they're ever going to fix my AC. I've been using this company for many years and never in that time was I treated a poorly as I have be this past week. If you used ARS before, don't even believe they're the same company offering the same service. They're worthless. No care at all about finishing a job. My last word of advice, "DO USE THEM".
