I was visited by an employee of ARS on 5/21/19. Mr. Shifflett was punctual, professional and most of all personal. By personal I mean he took the time to explain everything about my water heater to me and that was a blessing within itself. If every I should need a repair for my water heater in the future, I would especially request Mr. Shifflett. In this day and time you are not sure what type of service person you would get. I had plumbing and HAVC 1 year inspections done today, Both Justin(plumbing) and Irlin (HAVC) were great. These gentlemen were very professional and knowledgeable in their fields. They are great employees and represent RightTime well.
The air went out. Bummer. Unique was recommended by a member of our condo association. Great recommendation. They called me that afternoon and set up a appointment from 5 to 10 in the evening. Not regular hours but customer service. John J. from their company arrived in a couple of hours in their time frame. Went to the outside unit after looking over system.
