My 90+ y.o. parents have paid for an annual account with RightTime, which got bought by this company - Greenstar. Included in the annual fee is an annual checkup, so they sent a tech named Hunter out to service my their perfectly working central ac. Hunter told my 90y.o. mom that he saw “some leaking” and even said “I better turn off your ac before something bad happens!”, which of course scared her. Today we had Martin come to our home on a regular schedule maintenance appointment for our AC not only did he give us a call with a eta he was on time very informative politely explained to us as he did his job and all in a neat manner.. we will definitely be asking for Martin when its time for our next scheduled visit..

I would not recommend this company to anyone. They installed an A/C 2018 with damaged fins.
I had a TERRIBLE experience with this company today. I had an appointment that was scheduled 3 weeks ago for an inspection of my heating and cooling system. I was told they would arrive some time between 7-12. In order to accommodate this appointment, I took a half day off. At 10:54, I received a call stating that they would need to reschedule my appointment due to too many emergency calls. So I guess I don't matter!! We had Mario from will fix it out to fix our a/c unit that went out. We got an appointment right away and Mario arrived promptly at the beginning of the time window given to us. He found the problem quickly had it fixed in no time. Mario was probably the most friendly and personable repair technician we have ever had out to our home. Thank you for saving us and our a/c unit in this crazy Texas heat!
