Our air conditioner's outside component (compressor) failed on the weekend. Blue Dot's website has a chat service that only set up a phone call (no appointment). Then a phone person claimed to set up an appointment for Monday. On Monday, I called the Blue Dot office to verify the appointment and was told the weekend phone people have no access to the appointment system so no appointment existed. Mario is a very good representative, he was on time and very knowledgeable and give us some good options. He didn’t pressure us to be committed right away he gives us time to think about it since we’re doing a big investment. He tries to fit’s in our budget and work with us. I admire how he wear his shoe protector in my house and not like many others.

Not only once, but twice I was bamboozled by ARS Rescue Rooter company. Not sure if it was because I am a single woman who knows nothing about plumbing. On June 13, 2019 they sent a guy named Brandon out to my home in Humble because both my bathroom toilets and showers were overflowing and water not going down.
