ARS has partnered with ********** to provide HVAC services. I signed up for a $19 tune-up for my heat & air unit thinking that was a great deal. The ARS representative inspected my unit, showed me photos he (supposedly) took of the filthy coils and blower in my unit. He recommended installing a very expensive Air Scrubber. He didn't do any sort of "tune-up"... no cleaning, no maintenance. He said cleaning wasn't part of the $19 deal. Huh? What a gem! Braylon B******* is a very conscientious employee that has gone above & beyond my expectations for helping me with my AC. He’s very intelligent, respectful, and thorough. Please don’t make him a manager, as then we, as customers would lose a thoughtful and great problem solver on our level.

Rescue Rooter answered our call three weeks ago when we had a bad blockage. Unfortunately the blockage turned out to be broken and disintegrated pipes that needed to be replaced in two locations and would require dramatic excavation. Chris G***** was the contact person and he was outstanding from the get go.
