The installers did a good job, despite it was the hottest day in San Jose, they completely the job to replace my HVAC system. They are professional and knowledgeable. However, it was too late and too hot, we did not have a chance to test heater. Thanks to the two installers, however, they did not complete the job, I have to call the services to reschedule the works instead of they can come back to finish the job, it is very length to reach the service person to reschedule the works. The tech - Jose - arrived within the window and I showed him my problem. He immediately explained how he was going to fix the problem. He had to leave to get some parts but was back in a short time and resolved the problem in a timely manner. Great service!
Terrible Customer Service. I've been trying for 4 months to get my damaged hardwood floor fixed and every time I call there is not one person in the office to talk to. Hmmm...I find that hard to believe. I'm always told I will receive a call back and never do. Still calling and still waiting for that callback. I would never recommend this company because of the poor service.
Daniel did an excellent job of unclogging my kitchen sink. He ran a camera thru my main line to make sure that everything was clear. Before he started the job, he gave me an estimate of what it would cost me to unclog my drain. He was very professional and likeable. Years ago, I had a bad experience with ARS and was hesitant to call and use them again. Now, I am again a satisfied customer and would not hesitate to call them again.
My technician was prompt and more importantly he was very well mannered. He explained everything to me and I appreciated that. He did not leave until he was sure my system was up and running. They have a long time customer.
John R**** and Josh H***** did an EXCELLENT job installing our new ******* Outside Air Conditioner! Both gentlemen were courteous, respectful of our property, and knowledgeable concerning the technical aspects of removing the old, non-functioning unit and replacing it with the new unit. I highly recommend ARS of Laurel, Maryland.
Rescue Rooter was very professional and provided excellent customer service, from the call center to the technician Jay who arrived at my house. The call center was even able to have a technician come out the same day. They called to inform me that Jay would arrive approximately 30 to 45 mins to my home. When Jay arrived, he was very professional and courteous. He took the time to explain everything, he is our life saver. I would highly recommend Rescue Rooter to my family and friends. I was a victim of fraud by this company. Their technician stated that I had mold in my attic and I should have a "scrubber" installed, I agreed however I was skeptical as the pictures I was shown didn't look much like mold to be but I took his word for it. I had second thought the next day and hired another company to confirm wether or not I had mold. He confirmed that there was no mold present. Therefore I sent ARS a certified letter exercising my buyers right to cancel, requesting that the scrubber be removed from my home ... read more
