Unbelievable!! I had a plumbing incident last night, found ARSRescueRooter on line, completed the online work request, and within minutes, received a phone call from ARS. The gentleman was very reassuring and was able to set up an appointment for this morning between 8 - 10AM. Awesome! On 8/31/19, a service tech came to do routine maintenance on our system. As soon as she left, we discovered that our air was not working. We called the company at 6:00 pm and were told that the on call person would contact us. We called again at 9:00 pm and got the same answer. I called at 10:20 pm and was hung up on by Destiny at the call center. I immediately called back and spoke to April at the call center, who was rude and unapologetic. Excelent service. The company send Christian a technician with a lot of knowledge that took his time to take a video of the issue with my A/C unit and heather, he show and explain the situation and options to fix my problem (unfortunately my heather it will be a risk to fix at this point because is too old). Once you get past the upsell schtick that every company does, Kesa was quick, efficient, friendly and informative. I was completely satisfied with the removal of a monster clog in my kitchen sink drain line. Happy I called them and will do so again in the future.
