Scam !!! ARSTampaBay will take your money or cr.cd and charge or bill you for parts and services you did not have or order. Attempted fruad use of crc card. photo taken of full crc card # on invoice by ARS serviceman.Later tried someone tried to use cr card at a local home depot. ARS will not respond to emails phone meetings or return phone call requests. They will send YOU to collections 6 months after service order was cancelled in writing and approved by manager. Avoid at all costs!!! BBB please shut this company down!!! ... read more

After a few days they finally found the copies of the original work order and issued me a $550 credit. They were completely uncooperative with me when I asked to show them copies of my receipts and photos of my unit showing that I did not have the service and the items they were still billing me for six months after I cancelled initial order. They have no answers for the credit card # photo being taken. I am now calling the credit bureau to find out if this did indeed change my credit as it has been 6 months with no contact ... read more

We really didn't know what to expect, but Robert took his time, was very knowledgeable, friendly and answered all of our questions. Robert was one of the best service technicians that we have had come out in a very long time! The price was very competitive and the service was thorough. We felt great about the entire experience and will use Right Time again.
