The plumber Eric was awesome!! He assessed the job and told me what needed to be done. In the process we ran into quite a few road blocks but not once did he get upset or frustrated. All he said was dont worry I will get it done for you one way or another! I have never had such great customer service! Any plumbing issues again I will definitely know who to call! Thank you!
WOW! Can't believe ARS Roto-Rooter is allowed to be in business! 8 months after having out to my home with a cancelled order I am still getting deals for $550 for services / parts I did not order and do not have in my home. The last 8 weeks they have been harassing me for money after speaking with corporate I thought it was taken care of but I'm still getting threatening notes telling me I must pay them by October 20th They are incompetent. BBB please shut this company down.
We had a very successful experience with ARS. John D. was very knowledgeable and provided excellent service in the area of sales. John R. and the tech who assisted him worked tirelessly throughout the day to remove the old and to install the new HVAC system. They took the time to demonstrate the process for operating the new thermostat and for changing the filter. Mike and Brad were extremely responsive and professional when called out for blocked sewage line on a Sunday. They were unable to resolve the problem initially and offered options and could not have been more courteous. Their efforts will make me call ARS going forward for any plumbing needs that may arise.
No Customer Service or Respect from ARS. Through the whole process of repairing my water line that ARS accidentally broke, ARS showed no concerns of any kind. My family was living with much discomfort. I was able to contact my salesman. This being his first major incident, I never heard from him again. I had damaged/missing sheetrock, floors sopped with water, walls were wet. Subcontractors brang several industrialized sized humidifiers and more than a dozen of fans were placed in my home.
