I used ARS Boston for a central air and heating system replacement. There were some initial hiccups with the install, but I am leaving 5 stars because they worked hard and swiftly to address and rectify issues. I would use them again and recommend them, based up their care and concern for me as a costumer.

I had a great experience with ARS. The rep of Rescue Line was excellent to response my questions promptly and he was very patient during the entire process. Less than a few hours, Anthony was on site to solve the problem of my boiler with his proficiency and experience. A first class company that employs first class people. Highly recommend!

Jim C came out to perform a pre-winter tune-up on our furnace. He was running a bit late but the office called to inform me and then he called as he was leaving his last job to let me know he was on the way. He took the time after to explain the couple of tweaks he made while servicing the unit. Friendly and efficient, a great experience all around.

Awesome service. Kept informed about arrival time. Brian Adams was great, professional & knowledgable. Even though extremely busy, he took time to explain the problem and even showed me pictures which helped me understand better. He made sensible future recommendations to preserve the life of the furnace and AC. I will definitely be asking for Brian for any future service. Thank you.

We had your tech out to service our furnaces, he stated there were concerns with our units but was unable to provide a quote for repairs saying a second visit was required. The second visit was done this afternoon, even though the person had called and said he would be there at 10 he did not show up till hours later. Once there he refused to give my husband an estimate saying we both had to be there because prices fluctuate so wildly and insisted on discussing financing before providing a price. Jose was both courteous and very thorough in examining our furnace and explaining the various filters to me. He did a great job making sure everything was shipshape in our elderly relative's home.
