We recently needed out HVAC unit evaluated and given annual maintenance and Will Fix It was recommended by our neighbor. This proved to be a great reference. The operator I spoke with was friendly and very helpful with setting an appointment the same day I called. Zach was the technician sent to do the service and he was excellent. I own a relatively new house built in late 2014, hired AJ Perri to fix a heating issue with my first floor unit in early 2018, the temperature would not hit target. They have made more than 20 visits to fix the same issue. Not once did a manager come to look at the issue. They kept sending their most senior tech without success. They changed almost all parts of the system and charged me. The last visit (5 days ago) the tech told me his manager will reach out to me and will have to evaluate it himself. Roto Rooter was the only company who answered my emergency call on a Friday at 5:30 PM when I arrived home to find a flooded home. Unfortunately the next day the service was not so good. It was 11 AM and I had not received any call when the water mitigation would start. So I had to call my home insurance and they referred me to a different provider, who started the service within one hour.

Cass *******did a great job troubleshooting our drainage problem. He was able to diagnose the problem, fix it, and he conscientiously checked to make sure his solution worked. He also explained some longer term issues we could face and how we can continue to monitor the situation. He left a very detailed write up summarizing all his work. We are extremely pleased.
