If I could leave zero stars I would do that. Last week This company tried to take advantage of my 83-year-old mother, by scaring her into thinking that she needed a completely new system. This occurred during her regularly scheduled fall tuneup on her heating system. The tech had her fearing carbon monoxide poisoning due to a supposed breakdown in her system. They told her that they would have to shut her system down and that she would need extensive work to the tune of $2000. Keep in mind, this system is still under warrant... read more

This is the continuation of their lies. A second dye test was not performed. I was standing in the basement with the technician and then the 2nd verification technician the entire time until we all went together into the kitchen to discuss this matter. In fact I asked specifically if they were planning to perform a second dye test and I was told no they were not. We had a standard drain line clean out performed on November 11th by Cass *******. Work done was excellent with courteous professionalism. Price for the service was fair so overall value was excellent. ARS has never failed to deliver as needed after using them for many years.
A neighbor used this company and the tech proceeded to dump a bucket in front of my house after bringing it out of the neighbor's house. I thought it was water but now I see it's not. It looks like a big puddle of dried vomit. I called and complained saying I want it cleaned up. They sent someone who snickered at me and then poured a bottle of spring water on it and drove away. I've had this company for a variety of things for about ten years. They are so good in every way, reliable, easy to talk to. Always on time.
I use ARS for a/c maintenance through **** ****** They check everything twice a year and so far it has been a good service. They do use high pressure follow up calls however to try to sell you new units and all kinds of stuff that is not necessary. As long as you only buy what you want to buy, it is a good service. My technician, Peter, is very good and also very professional.
