I would never recommend this company to anyone. ARS Orlando does not honor their work. Charging customers for shotty workmanship. They have been at my house twice in the past 2wks and state that my unit vibrates so much it has broken copper pipes and has leaked out all the freon. Bad install??? It's only a year and a half old!! The last visit cost me $200 for a new thermostat. Now they want to charge $550. The unit was just checked out 10 days ago. Why didn't the tech see broken pipes and low Freon? I am very satisfied and pleased with the work done by Arnaldo and Richard with the installation of my new furnace. They did a fantastic job and had many issues due to the fact my old furnace was 30+ years old. But they adjusted and everything was done perfectly. They were skilled and my new furnace works beautifully. They left the work site as clean as it was before they started. I'm very pleased and would recommend Atlas Trillo to anyone who needs a new furnace or has heating problems.

Wilson e**** came out cabled out my drain got everything working great ! Well within the time frame I was told to expect him ! I will definitely use Rescue Rooter for my future plumbing needs .

We had them come out to diagnose a broken furnace. The unit is 3 years old. They said a new blower motor and wheel needed to be replaced. They wrote a quote for 2200.00. Come to find out this is DOUBLE THE AMOUNT to do this job!! When I called them I spoke to a customer service rep who was very passive aggressive and condescending (WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER) so if and when I get a reply here telling me to call you guys and voice my concerns that will be a HARD NO. Outstanding customer service. William G is knowledgeable, polite, and very professional. William G gave me a couple of choices for the upgrade I wanted to do for my home. Had an excellent experience working with him. The installation guys were also very knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. Completed the job in record time. Thanks to Cam, Josh, and Ken. You guys hit this one out of the park. I am very satisfied with ARS and this ?team?of professionals and will call on ARS in the future.

i had a water tank, a/c heat unit, humidifier in the entire home. i hired greenstar to clean out the attic and replace all previous a/c, heat, humidifier and changed to a waterless tank. they broke things in my home, didn't install things properly and the humidifier never installed and i paid for everything. i was continuously harassed by the office for payment. they introduced me to HERO program without explaining how it works. they began and quickly finished the work before any papers were reviewed for the HERO program. i ... read more
