Ralph came out and talked to both my husband and myself and made sure that we knew what every peice of equipment he was selling us did and how it worked together. In fact at times it was almost a bit much but in the end the deal was a good one. The installation was done the next day and took longer than I expected but I've never had to have a whole ac system installed so all I really cared about was being cool again. From my initial contact to completion the job went smoothly. The plumber who unclogged my drain, Taylor, was knowledgeable, polite and cleaned up after his work was completed. I am pleased with the service I received.

I am really pleased with the service I received from ARS Rescue Rooter. They came out right away, quickly diagnosed my problems and fixed them. I especially appreciate how friendly and respectful the plumbers were. They explained the issues without condescension, which is something I have sometimes encountered from other repair people as a female home owner. I really appreciate the quality workmanship, great customer service and fair price!

Initially, the 1st day after calling the evening before there was a 3 to 4 hour delay of arrival by the 1st plumber, but it wasn't the plumber's fault. He was sent to the wrong address by dispatch even though we are repeat customers..asked them to take the wrong address off of our info, was told could not by dispatch, but would make a note.. well that didn't help much because someone from one of their other numbers called back and said they would be here within 45 min or so., i asked them what addres you have and whom ever i... read more

BEWARE! PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE REVIEW AND STAY AWAY FROM RESCUE-ROOTER(Specifically the Clackamas Oregon branch). I can't believe the nightmare that Rescue-Rooter put us through. They will walk away from your home leaving you with a FAILED inspection. Good service. Advertised a $69 drain clean special, but then charged $160. Said because the drain was an island drain. No outside access. Felt like it was bait and switch.

I bought a furnace high-efficiency water tank central air from Home Depot Home Depot had this company come out and install it they did a great job very happy I would recommend this company In the future I will call them to do yearly maintenance
