They’re a great organization with quality field service technicians. I utilize them for annual PM visits to service my A/C and furnace every year (2 visits a year), and they have also been quick to act when there is an emergency service required. I highly recommend Andy’s.
Will Fix it called not once but twice to remind me about my included tune up for an HVAC system I purchased from them a year earlier. I appreciate the reminder and commitment to their customers. Tom stopped by on time with a notice that he was on his way 30 minutes before. He had no problem with me looking over his shoulder as he worked and took the time to explain all that he was doing. Great service from Will Fix It. Happy I chose them for my updated HVAC.
Steven from ARS did a wonderful job for me on my heater and replacing my vents. He is so thorough and so obviously wants the best for all his customers! He worked with my schedule, answered all of my questions, and really really helped me with the issues in my heater and with replacing my vents. I can't say enough about how impressive his work is and how grateful I am to him!
Installation of my new unit was great but after that, poor communication on their part. I waited over a month to have a circuit breaker changed (that took 4 phone calls and several attempts not to show up) and was told by the technician that I would be contacted about inspection. That never happened. Another three weeks go by, six phone calls to get an inspection scheduled only to fail inspection and have the job red flagged and fined. The tech Kelly was polite, professionals and personal. He did an excellent job and properly connected dishwasher, garbage disposal and faucet without any problems. Thanks ARS Houston for being dependable.
These guys have been fair and honest with me I feel. All these types of repair places seem to be expensive, but the key word there is All. They have the part i needed with them and fixed it right the first time. The only downside is calling, menus to jump through and sometimes hard to finally get a human being after holding and all, but such is the world of "your call is very important to us." If so then you'd have a human to answer. Ernesto and Jared great techs. Very happy with them though.
