Bill R. 3/2/20 Derek was professional in all ways. He diagnosed the problem right away. Problem with the p-trap and a corroded tub waste and overflow. Leaked into my first floor bathroom and a hole had to be cut in the ceiling. He worked fast. Derek cleaned the area up nicely. I also completed a phone survey tonight. Gave him all 10's!

We had our yearly maintenance air conditioner and furnace check today . Our service provider Michael F. was very friendly and professional . We are always pleased with the service and honesty that Columbus Worthington Air provides .

Our Installation crew was fantastic but the after Service with ARS , what service!! They were suppose to pick up the permit and hand carry it to us the day of installation, 2/10 We are still waiting for the permit! We have tried to call Ashley in the office on multiple occasions with no luck or if you are lucky enough to reach her you just get a run around. We are fortunate the that the system is working great.
